As background, I had been considering the sale of my company and I had asked my advisors if they knew of someone I could talk to. My Lawyer set up a meeting with Rob Mitchell to initially discuss my situation and to get his opinion of my options and the value of my business. Our first meeting was more of a “get to know each other” meeting but I felt very comfortable with Rob and decided to continue our discussions.
